I understand the circumstances that were out of your control. However, lack of communication wasn’t one, neither were the scratches to my trunk and back window. Clearly whatever protective cover you’re attempting to use isn’t working.

I can tell you all believe in communicating effectively to customers on repairs. You proposed a finished date and finished a week before which is amazing. once completed, Abbass found during his walk through that the vinyl set funny. He called me early that morning, which I was on my way to pick the vehicle up and he gave me his concerns and asked if we would hold off on pick up. Drury delivered a job well done and we are very happy. Thank you! we greatly appreciate it. The experience exceeded my expectations, customer service AND the job on the vehicle is flawless.
