I had to come to the shop in person multiple times to get an update because nobody would answer the phone. Not only that but all but one person in the office was reliable and professional about the process. They didn't have a very good schedule for their workers for several weeks there was only one in the office having to answer calls because they didn't seem to know how to over lap off time for their customer service. I could have managed that better than them.

I was lied to for a month about when my car would be ready. Not one time did anyone call me to tell me why. Every time someone told me they would call me back I never got a call. I am a repeat customer that supervises 450 employees. I will be not recommending your shop to any of them. I tried to talk to a manager today when I picked up my vehicle today, there was none available. My brother is a city manager near here I plan on advising him of how awful I was treated. Still waiting on a call!

We told you when we hit the bighorn sheep the amp meter fell to almost discharge and it is still there. We have tried to contact farm bureau insurance about it.
