Great customer service experience with Angie! The repair made the car look brand new. Outstanding job on the body paint. I wish the body shop would take the vehicle in whenever the ordered part is available. We still highly recommend using this body shop!

We have taken vehicles there via tow truck from our towing business. Now a little hesitant to put my name on the line to take something there.

Quality of work is fine. The problem is my vehicle went in with everything functioning properly and came out with the steering wheel controls and horn not working. Vehicle is currently at ford dealership getting a new module put in it. No accountability for the module being burnt up during repairs.

It was wonderful until I brought up the fact something had happened to it while in their possession. Abruptly changed to tell me whatever to get rid of me.

Car looks great. But was told it be ready on the 28th of December. Called that day around noon to ask when I could get it, return call came 15 mins before close to tell me it would be 10 days longer. 10 days later is a Friday and I was told to expect and update on the vehicle by the end of the day. Nothing. Monday morning I call to be told it will be ready by the end of the day, I got the end of the next day. Pitiful communication, and worse follow through.

Work was fine car looks as it should. Was told car would be ready in December 28th. That day comes and no word from the shop until I call and leave a message. Am told 15 mins before y’all close that it’s going to take another 10 days because the right parts weren’t ordered. 10 days comes and goes and I again have to call to get updates, no answer from person in charge of claim so no answer over the weekend. Monday comes and I call to get an answer, am told it will be ready that day. Am then told it would be ready the next day. The next day I call at 230 because I still haven’t heard anything, am told I can get the vehicle that afternoon. If you can’t meet a deadline don’t make one, especially don’t miss 3. And at very least call to let me know it won’t be ready.

First Brady was excellent from initially receiving the car from the tow truck, to keeping me in the loop of each step, even with these times where parts are hard to find and when it was time to finish it up. Angela was always very nice and helpful when I called in needing to ask a question for Brady. The body shop guys did an amazing job! Very happy I went to Drury Body Shop! From the phone call, to the staff, to my car fixed when it came out, it was an amazing experience

Lack of communication! I had to constantly call and get updates on my vehicle. They never uploaded pictures to my insurance company. My insurance company had to hire an independent adjuster to come take pictures. It was ridiculous

Lack of communication in the beginning was very disheartening. I had to call every other day to find out what was going on with my vehicle. My insulin pant asked for pictures and never received them from drury. They had to hire an independent adjuster to come out and take them
