I have used Drury a few times in the past, and they automatically got a 10. This time, I had some miscommunication, but Josh resolved all of my concerns. I learned a few things as well.

Highly recommend and they provide highly qualified work. I've been using them for years for my collision & body work. I once used a friends recommendation for another collision company and was highly disappointed. Will always trust Drury.

The customer service was awesome!! From being kept updated on the progress of my car too meeting the staff one on one in the office gets an A+ in my books. I couldn’t get over how well my car was taken care of. Not just with fixing the problem on the outside but how well they cleaned up the inside as well. I am just so impressed all the way around. A place I will definitely refer others to. I am dealing with so much right now. Thank you for making this something I didn’t have to worry about as you made getting my car fixed very stress free.
