I’d give a 15 if I could. Michelle was totally amazing. Very service oriented, very professional, and super friendly. She made sure everything was taken care of. She even went in on a Saturday so I could pick up my car (it was done a little earlier than expected-which was great). Michelle was also very helpful with the car rental process for Enterprise down the street.
