The repair went well and the car looks great as if no damage was ever done. When picking up the car notice several dull and smudge marks in multiple locations. Not sure if it was wax or over spray but the car was not cleaned up very well also noticed small scratch on gas tank cover. D’s did fix this without any issue and made it right. However not only is the repair important but staff courtesy and friendliness is highly as important as well. At the pioneer pkwy location front office assistants did not greet or communicate with me at all. Did not say Hi how are you or thanks for choosing D’s, nothing. I was also told a wrong total for final bill and I was the one who caught this. Office assistant proceeded to disagree then found their error and stated that she entered the numbers wrong. To make a great business and keep customers it’s important to have professional staff as well, not just good bodywork on an automobile.
