Barring the phone issues, which they had plenty of, once I did get to speak to someone, the receptionist was very professional. However, after repeated visits and promises of prompt service, service was indeed lacking.

I am delighted to say that I have absolutely zero critiques. You guys kept me updated with a daily text, it was finished a day EARLY, and when Enterprise wouldn’t pick up the phone, Jeremy came to shuttle me to my car. STELLAR service and definitely appreciated!

Hey yeah so overall i brought it in for a new door and some dents removed.. it looks like i have a few new dents now, beat on my door handle with a hammer, missing paint on a panel that was not painted, overspray on the glass and other panels, overall some things fixed and some other things damaged! I had to drive to california so I'm thankful to have a car again but really not a high quality paint / body repair after you look at the photos and videos i have you can see the details

I just did one survey about this, so let me say i am happy with having my car back, after nearly 3 weeks on the promised 2, i have a new door and less large dents, however i have some more dents than when i brought it for the initial repair, some one decided to hammer my door handle back and cause there extra dents as well as overspray onto the non re painted sections... Not the highest quality work, not what i expected you pay a pro shop for... Its good from far, and far from good if you look at the details! Hard to believe they are okay with this kind of repair, trying to be super nice about it, so Im Happy to have my car back and it does drive so im fortunate.. however i would have preferred to have less dents and maintain the smooth car body that it had before like the other vans and my drivers side... Literally can see the hammer marks on the door handle and dents behind them... Wow

After checking up on the progress after the deadline i was surprised to hear it wasn't painted or done, when i reminded them of the plans i have they urgently whipped it up and painted the van and installed everything super quick, which unfortunately came with its own set of consequences like swinging hammers and more dents in the process than when i brought it in! Embarrassing

When I tell u that this company is fantastic ,very nice people,the communication is excellent.Anything that needs to be done.They let u know and gets it done in a timely manner.This is my first experience with them and they gets it done.I brought my vehicle to them with low air in my tire and I pick my hood up,my snap was mixing to keep my battery cover in place.They did that as well just because.I recommend them anytime
