The service was fast. They initially gave me one week for estimate time of finishing and they were actually done in a few hours. Great service very friendly. Staff would definitely recommend.

I question the integrity of the service I received because the car part that was fixed is not a Toyota original and clearly is from a third party. I never agreed or was told that this was gonna happen otherwise I wouldn’t have agreed to this. I’m disappointed because this should have been avoided altogether and now is an inconvenience for me to come back and forth. This should have been done right the first time.

The bumper I was given looks like it’s from a third-party and I never agreed to use non-Toyota parts for this fix. If I had known, I wouldn’t have agreed. I was given a shiny black back bumper that looks completely off while my original Toyota back bumper is a matte gray. Now, I have to go back again and get it fixed for I don’t know how long. This is a major inconvenience for me.

There’s a little dent with the clear coat peeled off from the bumper section where the repair was. I’m not sure if it was the body shop or if the part came messed up but it was there when I picked up my car
