Everyone at the office with was great, especially Giovanni. Good communication, helpful, and accommodating. The lady at the front desk also helped me start my mom's car when I came to sign some paperwork (it wasn't starting for some reason). I really appreciated that.

At drop off my odometer was documented to be 33,619 and when it was returned to me it was significantly higher and with no fuel. Is there a log that documents the mileage used when my vehicle was with your facility. Another concern I have is a rattling sound that my vehicle has been making since its return. It was not making this sound before I dropped it off. I was able to address my concern to Jeovani and made an appointment to stop by tomorrow 8/13 morning.
