Only a 9 because they made me feel bad about needing to leave my rental car there for a couple hours after picking up my car before I had someone that could help me get both cars. I figured a rental car there for a couple of hours instead of my car being stuck there for the weekend wouldn’t be a big deal.

Another woman overheard me talking about what happened and stated she also was treated poorly and the paint job to her vehicle was garage and Dutch wouldn't fix it.

Mike was rude. Telling me he couldn't wait until my vehicle was out of there, he walked away from me in the middle of a conversation because he didn't like that I said I was going to have state farm send out an Investigator to review the damage Dutch did to my vehicle, he threatened to have a part of my vehicle taken apart to have me find someone else to fix even though it is Dutchs responsibility to put my vehicle back the way they received it or in better condition (which they didn't, they altered the area where the stereo inserts), then he threatened me again saying state farm approved me to pick up the vehicle (which was not true) telling me if I didn't get it out of their lot he would change me storage fees. He also lied about work that was done, what was replaced, how work was done and received payment and didn't reimburse state farm. Treated me like I was stupid and insisted on using his guy for glass replacement even though I had already made arrangements with another company, just so they could charge state farm more money.
