Guys did a great job. The front of my truck looks brand new. Except that one headlight is brand new, and 1 is old and foggy. I understand only one was damaged, but the right thing to do would be replace it, or even ask if I wanted to replace it while the front end was apart. Now I've asked for a quote and it's almost $1,000 for 1 headlight because they have to take the bumper apart. Just a shame to get a truck back from service and I still need to work on it.

This is what you can expect from Dutch. Your vehicle will come out better then when you dropped it off and not just the work they perform but the attention to detail. If they see something else that needs addressed they communicate with you throughout the process and make it so easy to work with. I have worked with them on 3 different cars and have never been disappointed but the wow factor has always been had each time I go to pick up my car.

9+. Great work. Had to adjust the hood pins a bit by shaving the metal mounts as the hood pin guides were mounted a bit to far forward on the hood.

speed of the repair was great. Customer service was almost perfect however after dropping off my vehicle I called the shop to get an additional piece of work done which required a piece of equipment being obtained. The initial service was completed on Thursday or Friday but the newer part wasn't received until Monday. When I called on Monday to see if the work was done I was told the part had just been received but the service wasn't yet done. It was two days later before I received an e-mail reminding me that my car was ready to be picked up, but I was never notified after the newer service was completed that my car was ready. Not the biggest of deals but I was never fully informed when my car was completed for pickup
