Totally and completely exceeded my wildest expectations! Great staff, Doug and Julie were fabulous and professional. I was on tilt and they help me me stay sane! We need you all in Dallas. I cannot thank you all enough for making this process seamless, and dare I say, lovely! The last thing I ever wanted was a car wreck, but from the moment I called Dutch, I was immediately met with so much kindness and care. Doug in the body shop was so kind, explained everything to me, and even pushed to get my car taken care of a little quicker than usual since I was paying out of pocket for a rental. I really cannot thank you all enough for such a great experience, and excellent customer care.
