People at Dutch Miller are nice, but if I recommend a friend I would make sure they know that the location is not safe and there is a serious issue with cars getting broken into. I have had two vehicles worked on at the body shop at this location and both times they have been broken into. First truck had the hitch stolen and this truck had items from console and change stolen.

Staff was very helpful, but unfortunately when my truck was ready they did not have staff to clean vehicle so I have take my truck back to be cleaned and glue or adhesive where they replaced back bumper is still on bumper. Also my truck was broken into while on the lot and compartments from my center console was thrown in floor and money/coins that were in truck was taken approximately $8.

Absolutely horrible. Got email stating that car repairs where completed on July 25th and called 3 days in a row to no avail. Finally get ahold of service on the 3rd day and they said they are just now programming it. Call the next day to pick up my car they have had for a combined total of 4 weeks and they lost my car stating they didn't know where it was. Finally by that Friday we go down there and find our car in the lot that if they took 2 seconds to look I would have had my car back. Never ever again.

My car was a total loss from the May 6, 2020 to Flood it was just a sad event and so sad I had to lose my car but I think all the mechanics who did a diagnostic on it we had to give it up and find a new car
