Ana is the absolute best she handled my car the first time around with the utmost care and protection to the point where I went to them AGAIN shortly after because I trusted them more than my own Nissan facility. The care professionalism and the way she looked out for me being on a budget has made me only want to go to them for any and everything in the future that deals with my car. Thank you so much Ana !!!!!

I ha a fantastic experience with Dutchess Auto Collision . First of all Ricky the owner is a wonderful man . Very kind conscientious and extremely dedicated to doing the best job he can for his customers. The entire staff is courteous and helpful. The shop is beautiful immaculate wth a beautiful lobby and has all the latest and best technology and even wonderful grounds . They kept me informed throughout the entire process of repairing my Rivian R1T and might truck was returned to me in better condition than when I first purchased it . The detailing was amazing and my truck was absolutely clean and polished. It even smelled good . Do not hesitate to use this place to repair your vehicle . They are the best auto body shop you could ever wish for . Honestly

My car was a wreck. So much front end damage a large fast moving animal ran into me and then I drove over it. Horrible experience. Dutchess Auto Collision towed my car worked up an estimate and provided updates on the progress of my repairs. The end result was a car that looked like it did when I drove it out of the dealership. It's perfect and they cleaned the interior too! Fabulous service and workmanship!

My experience with Dutchess Auto Collision was excellent top to bottom. Everyone was incredibly friendly and communicative. They worked extra hard to find me the best deal for a replacement ride that suited my needs while the repairs took place and then when my car was finished they had even gone the extra mile and detailed it inside out. My 23’ wrangler hadn’t looked so good since the day I rolled it off the lot! Every single detail was looked after. While I hope I never need collision repair again I wouldn’t choose anyone else. 10 out of 10, totally recommend!
