I won’t be. And I’ve told Ted Britt as well. It’s unbelievable to me that the dealership brings their vehicles to you and a bumper can’t be properly put on a year old f150.

Front bumper isn’t attached properly. It’s hanging off to one side. Left front tire is under PSI. Tires are to be at 45 and that tire was at 36 PSI.

I was told I didn’t make an appointment for my truck which is why it was taking so long. But I did make an appointment. I even had Ted Britt bring it in for me. Was told more than once my truck would be ready a lot quicker than it was

I would recommend D&V based on the quality of their finished work. The repair itself was completed very well, and I am satisfied with the final product. However, I would caution a friend or colleague to pay very close attention to D&V’s pricing and relatively high labor rates. In our case, we initially expected a repair of approximately $5,000, but the cost increased to approximately $11,000 before ultimately being reduced to approximately $7,000. Based on our experience, I would recommend that anyone using D&V discuss potential additional costs with their insurer or payer upfront and build additional contingency into the approved repair amount. The final cost can be substantially higher than the initial estimate, particularly if complications arise during the repair. Overall, I would recommend D&V for the quality of its work, but with a clear caution regarding cost, labor rates, and the potential for the final bill to be significantly higher than originally expected.

**Rating: 6 out of 10** From what I can see, D&V did a very good job with the actual repair and replacement of the pillar. The finished product looks great, and I have not identified any issues with the workmanship or finish at this time. However, I am rating the overall repair experience a 6 because a part was damaged during the repair process, resulting in an additional cost of approximately $2,600. We were then asked to cover the cost of replacing the part that was damaged. While I am satisfied with the quality of the finished repair, the handling of the damaged part significantly impacted my overall satisfaction.

**Rating: 6 out of 10** I would rate my satisfaction with D&V’s customer service a 6 out of 10. The initial estimate was approximately $4,600, but the repair cost ultimately increased to approximately $7,000, largely due to a tail/brake light assembly that was damaged during the repair process. We do appreciate D&V working with us to reduce the repair cost from approximately $11,000 to $7,000. However, a significant portion of the additional cost resulted from damage that occurred while D&V’s technicians were performing the repair. D&V charges approximately $200 per hour for labor. At that premium labor rate, there is a reasonable expectation that the customer should not bear the financial or administrative burden when a component is damaged by a technician during the repair process. We were required to go back to the insurer/payer ourselves and request approval for the additional replacement cost. D&V explained that the damage occurred during the removal process because the component was not designed to be removed separately. I understand that complications can occur during repairs; however, if breakage was a known or reasonably foreseeable risk of the removal process, I believe that risk and potential replacement cost should have been identified and priced into the estimate in advance. The finished repair looks great, and we appreciate D&V finding ways to reduce the overall bill. However, given the approximately $200/hour labor rate, I expected D&V to assume greater responsibility for damage occurring during its technicians’ work and to handle any resulting discussions with the payer directly rather than placing that responsibility on the customer.

Charged me over 1100 to basically paint two small door trim pieces. Paint had multiple spots / dents along the edges. Also can't seem to align the trim pieces to the door's edge. Worse still, sprayed tire shine and let it drip all over my car's anodized wheels. Wheels are permanently tarnished. Not able to wash or clean off the discolorations. I'm a returning customer. This place used to be decent but now it's a complete disappointment. The trust is gone.
