This is the only place to go for repairs. This isn’t crappy Caliber. D&V would be .50 BMG vs Caliber at a .22.

I was surprised it took over two months to complete the repairs. I would have thought the parts Ford would have been quickly available. Also, I was told, the vehicle was brought in and worked on for a little, then the technician would go to another vehicle to work on, later to go back to our van. Is this normal? Otherwise the repairs are great and your staff is very nice, especially Kayla.
