100% satisfied from the minute I walked in the door! The receptionist was friendly, courteous and professional. Dan(?) greeted me and took the car in immediately. Kevin was outstanding, keeping me informed along the way. The got the car in early, finished early, and it was perfect. I was completely IMPRESSED with D and V Auto Body!!! I am very active in the local BMW community and BMW forums and you can count on me to put in a good word for D and V every chance I get! OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!!!!!

My vehicle was delivered to me with noticeable gaps in between the hood and headlights. This should have been caught before I ever came to pick up the vehicle. Additionally the wrong color paint was used when performing touchups around the car. This looks terrible and needs to be corrected.

My car looks great and I love the way my car was cleaned up inside and out. Only complaint was I had to contact them to find out when my car would be finished as it was a day later than promised.
