Ron, Kevin, Vena, Jenna, Tracy and all the techs that worked on the impossible dream went above and beyond. Their craftsmanship is second to none and I would recommend D&V to anyone at any time for any repair. My experience was unique in that another shop refused to repair my vehicle and my insurance company continued to follow their lead and screw me so bad, it took over 7 months to finally have my car repaired. Most of this time was no fault of D&V, it was the insurance company acting the fool. D&V stepped up and went out of their way to accept the challenges and repaired my vehicle to better than new. A few odds and ends need to be address before it's 100% perfect as perfect can get, but they've already assured me everything not up to par (which are very few minor things) would be gladly taken care of. They take absolute pride in their work and reputation and though my vehicle is no where near most of their high end exotic vehicles they normally work on, nor am I high end clientele, they worked on my car as of it were and treated me as if I was. That kind of customer service speaks volumes and that is an understatement!

Darren was very knowledgable and was very instrumental In repairing my vehicle correctly. Great job. The young lady who was at the front desk(sorry I forgot your name) did an amazing job with providing me with information and answering my questions. Professional, courteous service throughout. Kevin was terrific and kept us informed the entire time. He was honest and was able to salvage a partially damaged part on my car to save me additional costs (and labor) charges. I will be back if I have any additional body work and I would highly recommend D and V (and Kevin) to any of my friends.

Work was not complete when I arrived to pick up my vehicle, I had to leave it for another day while I went home in a rental. The inside of my car was also dirty from the mechanics dirty shoes.
