Lacking quality customer service. Lackin treating customers in a dignified manner. The manager went as far as to talk poorly about me behind my back to my own husband. I was never fully explained what was wrong with my car. You tried to charge me for damages your company caused. I wasn't notified even once in the three weeks of updates on the completion of my car. My car was taken, without my consent, to the Dulles Nissan dealership for repair and I don't trust that particular dealership. Two employees hung up on me. Only after 3 weeks was I told that your company doesn't even do electric work.

I was originally told my car would be done by January 3, it wasn't ready for pick until a few days later. I understand delays can happen and I wasn't too upset since I had my rental car anyways. The staff is great, from Ron to Tracey to another young lady I didn't catch her name but I believe it may have been Dina. They were all very professional and I love the text alerts, it shows they care and value my convenience. I hope I never have to deal with a body shop again. But if I have to, I'll make sure to go to D & V autobody. Once again, great staff!
