I would definitely recommend D & V for the quality of their repair and their customer service. I do think that their costs seemed out of alignment with the insurance company estimates. D&V worked with me to contain costs, However, there was a significant out-of-pocket expense for me to complete the repairs beyond what I was reimbursed by the insurance company. If I would have gone with an in-network shop recommended by Statefarm, I believe I would not have had any out of pocket costs and the repair would have been completed sooner. However, I might not have been satisfied with the quality of the repair from a sub-optimal shop.

I cannot say enough about the experience I had at D & V Autobody. The customer service from the professional answering the phone to Karla who handled the estimate and my POC through out the process was top tier. Also...my car was absolutely FILTHY when I dropped it off with dirt and salt from a recent snow storm. When I picked up car up...I COULD NOT BELIEVE how CLEAN my car was from the inside out!! I contacted Karla to tell her how amazing the car looked and to please thank the "team" but she said it was only 2 people--which I find unbelievable! My car never looked so good!!! I would highly recommend D & V Autobody to friends and family.

I wish I knew the name of the person who took my initial call. She was so kind and professional. The first thing she asked after I explained the accident was, "Are you okay". I knew I was calling the right autobody from there. I brought my car in for the estimate, where again was greeted with smiles, kindness and professionalism. Karla Rodriguez was my estimator and contact through out the process of the repair. I cannot say enough good things about Karla!

I would absolutely recommend - and have recommended D&V - to friends and family. In fact, my daughter recently had her own car repaired by D&V and was equally satisfied - her car also looked new upon pickup.

D&V was awesome from handling and dealing with insurance company, to making sure correct parts were ordered and installed correctly, to my car being cleaned and returned better than any carwash has ever, utilizing companies that offer the same high caliber of work they provide, to staying in constant communication regarding my vehicle, and finally to making the whole process feel as seamless as possible from a customer stand point there is no other place I would wanna take my vehicle for collision repair. PS. Karla Rodriguez was amazing to have contact with, she was very responsive and a valuable asset to your company.
