Repairs were done eell and communication was good. I feel the cost was too high for the work, however. The final cost was more than double the original estimate.

Everyone in there did a phenomenal job. Damaris, Larissa and Jessica were a big help through this whole process. The insurance was being difficult but Damaris used her boss girl skills to make sure they were on point. I will recommend this shop to all my friends thank you guys so much for everything. Damaris needs a raise!

My one suggestion is to use and share a DocuSign project folder that contains ALL the required forms requiring signature in one place. This would help ensure your customer can see ALL the pending signatures in one place vs hunting through a stream of emails. I KNOW DocuSign offers this option - we use it at work in that way. I feel like we lost days chasing pending signatures in multiple emails.
