Great service and quality. But I’ve had to come in twice for a warranty claim on the same repair. They have always honored the warranty and done a good job throughout the process.

I was recommended this shop by many s2000 owners and I brought my dad’s pilot here because of that but with all the issues and back and forth. I don’t know if it’s worth coming back or recommending.

Car was repaired poorly the first time around and needed multiple visits to get fully corrected. I think the customer service was always good to superb but the workmanship and QC has been quite spotty. Doing a surprise visit to the shop to see the progress of the car and noticing the paint being significantly off with the roof to the rest of the car, overspray on the dash, door sills scratched up. Though these have all been remedied, we had to visit and bring it to their attention which is not ideal at all for the customer. Had a great conversation with Joe on what work was done, how it was done, and test drive during pick up day which that went well.
