This was such a seamless experience! When a deer ran into my car on an early Monday morning, I was not pleased, but you all made it such an easy process! I was able to schedule an appointment online, and then after that it was a one stop shop! I was in and out with my rental car within 25 minutes, all the while being talked through the entire process. This was my first claim ever so I was new to the experience, and you all made it such a breeze! I was given updates via text so I knew exactly where you all were on the process of fixing my car. When I picked it up, it had been detailed, and looked amazing! Thank you a hundred times over, I am beyond impressed with the level of service your whole team offers. You have a customer for life (even though I would prefer to not hit anymore deer), and I will be spreading the word about the fabulous service you offer!
