I can confidently say that Dynamic Collisions offered me the BEST possible automobile service I have ever recieved!! I was going through Geicos Repair Xpress service and had no idea which shop to chose when I randomly stumbled upon DC. BEST CHOICE IVE EVER MADE! Firstly, the shop is impeccable. Typically you walk into a car shop and it literally looks like a car shop (if you know what I mean). Dynamic was SUPER clean, comforting, and decorated nicely! My first impression was already sold. Rob was at the front desk and guided me through the entire process from the time I dropped off my car to the time I picked it up. This guy is great!! He called me at least 2 times during the repair window to update me on the repair progress and emailed me about every other day with repair statuses. This type of personal connection is what makes me so happy!! You can tell DC truly cares about delivering great customer service, and not just about the money side of the business. The entire process was quick, simple, and no questions remained unanswered. Not to mention, when I came to pick up my car it was cleaned and waxed better then I have ever seen it look before! Long story short, I WILL be returning to have the crack in my windshield replaced, and I WILL recommend this place to everyone I know. It is WELL worth the drive. THANK YOU DC!!!

The Dynamic Collision Services staff all did a great job Ahmed Ann Rob let me know the status of the car repairs. James the body man did a great job repairing the body damage and the painter matched the paint color perfectly

I felt I was treated disrespectfully on the phone with Rob Moran when I asked a question about the reason for the repair taking slightly longer than expected. I also was given an update that my car was almost finished on Friday morning, but then when I got in contact almost 6 hours later, i was informed of a « hiccup » in the process that happened the day before. Everything turned out fine but the way it was explained to me was not thorough, I had received misinformation from the text message update system, and then when I called back for some more

Only issue I had was the crown on my steering wheel was hanging off I did not realize it until later on, other thanes that I was please with the quick and Professional service provided
