Starting with the reception. When I walked into Dynamic I didn't know what to expect. I was warmly welcomed and the felt like I knew knew them. By the time I left, I felt comfortable with leaving my car, my baby. When they called to let me know that my car was ready, I couldn't wait to see her, get into her, my car. Again. I was greeted warmly. I was taken to go see my car. I was so excited. The young man from reception, went over all of the repairs that had been done. Oh, I forgot to mention The messaging sent to me for updates. Even though we communicated by text message, I responded back and they always responded back my response. My car looks amazing and they even cleaned the inside for me. That was a added plus. After I left with my car, the next day Dynamic sent me another email confirming my pickup. That was also via text message. So I responded back to tell them thank you and for letting them know how appreciative I was for their help. They responded back to say thank you and they would let the technicians know. I'm so impressed with them. You wouldn't have ever thought of this being a collision/body shop. It was an amazing experience. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you for giving me a chance to take part in this observation. Janice .

Everything was done within a matter of time the customer service was everything they greeted me with love& care as soon as I walked in the explained all the details of my car & it fixed within five days I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends you guys did an awesome job plus they give you text updates on your vehicle a definite 10 stars(20 if possible) thanks again
