I had gotten into a 2 weeks after buying my car and after the repairs you wouldn't even know if it had been in an accident. The staff were super friendly and helpful and always responsive. Courtney was super helpful in the process and kept me updated on the repairs as they were happening.

My experience was absolutely phenomenal! I worked with Courtney and she was so sweet and kept me up to date on everything going on with my car from start to finish. She completed my inspection and estimate quickly, and kept in constant contact with me after I dropped my car off regarding any work being completed or any delays that I encountered due to insurance. The level of customer service that she provided should be studied! Dynamic Collision is an AMAZING shop!

The face of my Dynamic Collision Services has been and is MS., Courtney as assisted by her equally talented auto damager appraiser Liz colleague, who provided continuity of vehicle intake and damage repair assessment were just outstanding in their job. Courtney's damage repair assessment presentation and breakdown as individual repair operation and its description was, to me, clear and unambiguous. Not only was my vehicle's repair done in a quality manner my accidental trespass in the body shop looking for the office revealed a very orderly cars in damage placement distribution and operations flow based on each car's stage of repair. I was impressed before my own repair. I found MS Courtney also very personable both over the phone, text and in-person.
