It took 6 months for them to get the parts and multiple calls from me. Then they had the truck for two months. No communication. They kept extending the completion date by two weeks and only when I called them. They even told my son and brother in law that they had other vehicles to work on as well. Why start something and move on to something else before the first is completed?

Staff are all helpful and friendly. Our Pilot looks fantastic thanks to the skill and detail abilities of the staff. We also liked the status updates we'd receive. We highly recommend E & B Body and we thank them.

My only comment would be that the job was supposed to take 3-4 days and ended up taking three weeks. It would have been nice to receive a call about what was happening and what to expect.
