My boyfriend brought the vehicle to be evaluated. He was told that after parts were received that it would take 3-5 days for repairs to be made. When I dropped off the car after I was told that parts were received, I was told that repairs could take between 2-3 weeks. I would have taken my car elsewhere if I had known that this was the true turnaround time but I believed what was originally communicated to my boyfriend and chose to use E&B.
