We were recommended by a good friend to choose E3 for repairs. The friend contacted Emilee and Emilee contacted me and from there it was thank you, thank you, thank you. We live in the View Park section of Los Angeles, Emilee in Long Beach sent a flatbed that picked my wife's SUV up, and took it to E3 for repairs, thank you. Emilee coordinated with our insurance company for financial arrangements and agreements, thank you. Emilee kept us informed every step of the way of what needed to be done from start to finish, thank you. When repairs were completed, Emilee contacted me to coordinate a time for the truck to be returned, the truck was brought back to our home by her drivers looking showroom floor brand new, thank you. I spoke with and also returned text messages from Emilee throughout the process, but I have never met nor have I seen her in person nor stepped foot in E3's business in Long Beach, thank you!!! If you ever are in need of auto body repairs head straight to E3 and ask for Emilee and tell her you were recommended by me, Carlton G., thank you.....

I had a great experience with E3 Collision after my car was rear-ended. They did an amazing job repairing my Model Y, it honestly looks like new again, and I couldn’t be happier with the quality of the work. A special thanks to Crystal. From start to finish, she kept me updated throughout the entire process and was always professional, polite, and incredibly helpful. What truly stood out was her level of care. she went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and stress free. Even when we were leaving, she personally came out to help guide us safely through traffic, which was such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and attentive. It was very easy working with E3 Collision, especially Crystal. All I had to do was drop my car off. They made all necessary arrangements including getting me to the rental office and reserving a car. When my car was finished, I drove the rental back to E3 and they took care of returning it. They kept me updated on my cars progress and when it would be done. I would highly recommend E3 Collision to my friends and family with confidence. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Always took my calls. Very happy with my car. It looks brand new.

I went on a Thursday morning and showed them what was wrong with my Model Y. Miss Crystal Lewis was the lady that got everything started that day. I left my car there and came to pick it up next Wednesday. Only reason it took that long cause of a part. Miss Lewis and the team of E3 took care of everything, including getting set up with Tesla to get my windshield replaced. If it weren’t for them I wouldn’t have figured out that it was still under warranty and would still have this long windshield crack across. Very satisfied with the work the team did. Hopefully I wouldn’t need them again, but if I do I know where to go!!
