Great experience with E3 Collision. I was initially referred to another body shop after my car was rear ended. That shop ended up cancelling my appointment the day before because they do not service Teslas. After a brief search for a Tesla certified shop I came across E3 Collision. It was easy to make my initial appointment online. The inspection process was easy. They gave me an estimated time for repair, took my key, then helped get me a shuttle to my rental car place. After some back and forth with the insurance company (which was the longest part of this whole process), the repairs were approved and were finished ahead of schedule. They did an amazing job. You can’t even tell there was damage to the vehicle and they topped it off with a fresh detail job. Pickup was easy and I now have my car back in pristine condition. I don’t want another accident but if needed, I would not hesitate to go back to E3 Collision. 10/10 service and repair.

Since I was already familiar with the Long Beach area, their location felt convenient and easy to access. My experience with E3 far exceeded expectations. Crystal, my main point of contact, was incredibly communicative throughout the entire process—something I truly appreciated given my busy schedule. She kept me informed with follow-up calls and emails, updating me on the status of my vehicle and answering any questions I had along the way.
