I was expecting more attention to detail, I know the insurance company doesn't pay for great work, but they fix one side and mess up another, I had to return the car 3 times and the last one alone. I received it when I realized they couldn't do it a good job

Took longer than expected but everything came out pretty much perfect. Customer service has always been very friendly which was a plus. Just need to stop by to pick up my front plate and check my TPMS sensors but otherwise the car is brand new! Thank you E3, you guys have been great!

E3 Collision did an AMAZING job! Emilee was very professional, she gave a clear explanation of the estimate with certified parts and understood my high expectations for my Lexus ES350. She always kept in constant touch with me. They perfectly matched a difficult silver metallic paint, repaired not only the door area, but touched up the front spoiler and even cleaned off the oxidation from my headlights. I greatly appreciate their extra effort in making sure my car looked just as it did (or better!) than before the accident. I will definitely use E3 Collision again and will highly recommend that my friends and family use them too. Thank you Emilee and your team for such a positive experience.
