Not only is the repair spot on, the whole car is spotless-- looking much much better than when I dropped it off. I also had some scheduling problems on my end, and they were flexible and considerate about it. This shop always goes the extra mile and I am confident that my significantly damaged vehicle is now as safe as it is pretty. They earned much more than a ten, but it was as high as the survey would let me go.

It was a extreme process to get my car fixed. I had to do the majoroty of the communicating. I was told multiple times I would get a call to get it scheduled and the week would go by without any communication. I would call again and get the same response. Just very frustrating process all the way around.

I was extremely pleased with the work you recently completed on my car. I was told that it would outstanding and that I should use you, and I'm very glad I did. The workmanship was excellent and the personal contact I had with you also was very good. I was kept me up- to-date on what was happening as we waited for weeks for the parts to arrive. Once the parts arrived you scheduled it immediately and expedited the repair. Needless to say I've been pleased with you and would recommend you to anyone who's in need of autobody repair.
