Eagle Auto Body is a locally owned and operated repair facility focusing on a quality repair as well as exceptional customer service. We take pride in having over 250 5-star reviews in just two short years. We are in the customer service industry we just happen to repair vehicles. We stay committed to repairing vehicles with the OEM recommended repair procedures. We are happy to say we have an I-CAR certification for Aluminum, MIG and Section welding. We subscribe to Alldata for the latest in OEM repair procedures so that we stay up to date. At Eagle Auto Body, we are also one of the only body repair facilities with the OEM approved resistance spot welders(Its pretty neat, calls me, we like to brag about it :)). We work with all insurance claims, customer pays, and just random questions. We are just a group of people that really care about the person, and their vehicle, not just the numbers. Was my first experience with Eagle Auto Body in Decatur TX and it couldn't have been a better experience. From my initial call with Sean to my picking up my truck. Sean and Manny were both super great- keeping me informed and updated on my truck repair progress. They worked with my insurance company and also went above and beyond as they gave me a ride to get my rental and also allowed me to leave the rental with them when i picked my truck up and then they ensured the rental car made it back to enterprise rental. I live about 30 miles from this body shop and will recommend them to anyone I run across as long as same eagle auto body team members are still working there. Many Thanks Kenny Nault

They repaired my truck, both passenger doors were scratched deeply from a mailbox. Got me completed in under 2 weeks. I coordinated through my insurance. When I went to pick up they had applied an impressive military discount toward my deductible. Manny was top notch and kept me informed the whole way. I would absolutely use them again.

I want to say a big thank you to the team over at Eagle auto body and especially Manny. Having to go through an experience like a hit and run and then deal with insurance and all the unknowns can be beyond stressful.. from the moment I walked into the door to the moment I was able to pick up my vehicle Manny manage to make this a painless and pleasant experience. The customer service and communication was top notch and I never felt out of the loop. Their work more the speaks for itself!! I would recommend Eagle Auto Body to anyone in need of body work!

Found a few small items what a good QC would have found. There is also some type of writing on my truck bed that hasn’t come off by hand yet. I will have to try a compound to see if it come off the bed side.

Never expected the kind of customer service I experienced with Eagle. They completely took care me and my vehicle with the utmost proficiency. From the drop off to the pick it I was kept informed of where they were in the process they completely detailed my vehicle which I didn’t expect and took care of the rental car at dropoff. Manny made it happen!
