Nice work and outcome, but please don't ever ask to take a drivable car before the parts are in.

People are friendly and have the routine down. Although, I was called the car was done, arrived and everyone was out (2 tow trucks). I am sure it is unavoidable but I waited 30 minutes for someone to give me the key and finalize the contract. Maybe when this usual event happens maybe you could have someone in the shop to cover. No big deal, just you asked and I am telling you....
