"It was unfortunate to do business with the company. While the body work appears to be OK, the mechanical work of the vehicle were not back to its normal condition left tire, rim, suspension, etc replaced. However Caliber could not get the TPM for that tire fixed. At this time I am unable to know what is the pressure on the tire, thus making that to be an unsafe situation. The only reason it was not completed it was because in order for the specific tire to be calibrated, the other 3 had to be calibrated this states and shows that Caliber only worries about the money rather than the actual safety of the work completed. A consumer shouldnt have to express to a business issues; it should be the business responsibility to ensure the customer is satisfied, safe, and that the workpurchase it as its best, thus to prove satisfactory result. I had to ask for windshield warranty and request who completed the windshield work, asked where tire came from and its warranty. I was told warranty came from wholesale Retail and the warranty can be found at Goodyear website. While the worker assisting my case work hard to complete the work, it look as she did not have any support or the appropriate lead from management. When situations in a business happens wirh a consumer, it is management that can lead the workers correctly to avoid bad business as in this case. The worker did tried to even look at manuals to get TPM on tire set. She shouldnt have to do that if mechanical done would have been completed by a knowledgeable mechanical teambusiness. I even requested car to be taken ti Chevy dealer to ensure alignment was done correctly of course it was fount alignment was done and reason for car to be off was because the new tire on left made the other side worned tire to be a off, meaning a new tire is needed on other side ti be equal aligned- another issue that should have been detected and be brought up to attention of insurance and myself to ensure safety. Bad business practice by management on-site. As a professional myself, I would never leave my workers fail; it leads to business and personal failures." Read less

My experience at Caliber collusion was a good one. My wife’s vehicle was damaged by an unknown vehicle while it was parked, the experience with Steve during the inspection gave us assurance we were in good hands.

I had a great experience at Caliber!! I will definitely be a returning customer for any future car repairs and I’d refer family and friends to Caliber as well. The auto mechanic (Alex?) was very kind and helpful-I knew that my car would be in great hands with him. When I first arrived, l was able to show him the damage on my bumper and he explained the repairs that would be done. Alex also explained everything to me when signing all the paperwork before and after the repairs were completed. The text notifications is a great option to have so your customers are able to see the progress on their car. I also noticed right away when pulling into the parking lot that my car had been washed-what a big difference that made! When I came in to pick up my car, Alex, remembered which car I was there to pick up, that makes such an impact on a customer! If I need any repairs in the future, I would definitely request Alex again. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience and taking good care of my car.

I was very pleased with the auto repair work. Cablier Collision exceeded my expectations. My husband and I both have utilized their services in the past and they do exceptional work. The pice is also very good for the quality of work they do. Please refer to the review on Yelp! I have actual photos of the damages prior to the repairs and photos after the repairs were completed! I am very pleased to say the least.

As I previously stated, Caliber Collision’s work is exceptional and is reasonable priced.

Cablier did an excellent job repairing my car. The site was completed in a timely manner. The results were beyond my expectations. I would definitely recommend this facility to family and friends.

Customer Service were friendly, professional and attentive listeners.
