Car Sat for 3 months waiting for one Honda part. Not Eagles fault but the car wasn’t driven for 3 months so hopefully the engine didn’t suffer any consequences due to sitting outside in winter months

From the time of accident, Andy from Eagle Auto Body was on scene to tow our car. He was very kind, caring and resourceful in explaining next steps. In addition, once the car was at the shop: Eagle Auto Body kept us informed every step of the repair via email. The car was repaired and ready to come home one week earlier! Excellent service and excellent shop as the team did amazing work on the car, looks brand new! Thank you!!

I was very satisfied with repairwork and their customer service. Only reason I didn't give them 10 for their service was that I did not get the repair estimates or the final final repair bill. It was sent to the NJM Claims Specialist and I had to asked for the copy from NJM. I should have gotton a copy for my record without asking for them from NJM.
