Eagle Body Works is a family-owned business in Greenville, South Carolina. Owners, Dan & Carol Doot, with sons Chris and Daniel, along with the staff bring over 50 years of Automotive Expertise to the Upstate. Dan was born in the business, learning the trade while working in his father's body shop as a young kid growing up. Dan would later transfer his skills to implement collision and paint repair departments for both Mercedes-Benz and BMW of North America corporate offices. He would complete a 30-year career by designing and managing the vehicle repair department at the BMW Performance Center, located in Upstate South Carolina. I think you all did a great job Robert is a very personable individual and I do believe he actually cares about his customers Jennifer has been absolutely outstanding every time I talk to her the whole team has done a very good job I just want to say I was skeptical I've been in the automotive industry myself for 32 years and everybody ask me where they can get their Automotive body work done and until my experience with you folks I really never recommended anybody I would just tell people I don't know very very good customer of mine gave me your name and number and said that he has heard nothing but good things coming from this company I will say in the future as you already see I have sent you one customer I have a stack of your business cards and from this day forward I will I promise you I will recommend you for future service to all my customers and if by chance you guys need someone to do your alignments and tires I would be more than happy to accommodate you and make sure you get the very best commercial price that I can give

I had to go back to have the 6-7 large hazy spots on the brand new hood buffed out, Paint was chipped on the corner of the hood and the un-damaged fender, transmission cooler hose was routed improperly, Wires were not re-secured to the clips in the front grill, minor tool marks left on undamaged parts during disassembly of front passenger door , hood insulation was slightly damaged during repairs. Over all a lack of attention to detail.
