I was satisfied with my initial contact with the receptionist, Palani and Tina Ryder. They provided me with all the information I needed … anticipated repairs required on the car, lenght of time for the repairs, and service after the repairs.

Eagle Collision lives up to its reputation as THE body shop to take your damaged vehicle to. From the first call, which happened just after I filed my claim with my insurance, they called to arrange an estimate. Palani who with his lovely wife Tina, greeted me and was so friendly and knowledgeable. Also very matter of fact. Gave me his visual assessment and explained in detail this was just a visual and the estimate would be based on further evaluation after he was able to inspect my vehicle closely. This company kept close contact by phone to let me know what was going on at every step. I cannot emphasize how important and comforting this was to know that they were being so transparent about their work and the timing of it all. The work it self was perfect. My car looked better than new and they even washed my vehicle before they had me pick it up. Who does this? They dealt with the insurance company and the car rental so I wouldn’t have to. Just a super positive and easy way to get it all done with the least amount of hassle involved for me.
