Can’t answer this because my car was deemed a total loss. But while I was there when my car was brought in, Eagle folks were very helpful and kind so I would give the experience a 10.

Shop schedule (M-F, 9-3:30pm) is really narrow. I understand they have a small parking lot and want to get your vehicle out of their lot as soon as it is done but, they have to understand (that) if their repair time is drastically inaccurate, they need to accommodate the customer more.

The estimated time of repair was 7-9 business days. It only took 3 days but, I wasn't prepared to pick up my truck when they called for me to pick up my truck on day 3 of the repair. Eagle then reported me to my insurance carrier that I was keeping the rental car an extra day on my own accord, which prompted my insurance carrier to charge the extra rental car day to me. That wasn't necessary or, acceptable. Eagle should have sharpened their repair time estimate or, clarified their pick-up policy from the beginning. If it wasn't for that, I would've given them 10. Clearly communicate expectations from the beginning would improve their score.
