Eagle Collision did a wonderful job on my car. The paint matched very well. They even worked on surrounding areas that was not part of the requested application. The project was completed before the estimated time of completion. I recommend Eagle Collision for any body work.

Great service throughout entire process. Car looks great. Was a little surprised that when we picked up our vehicle, nobody did a “final inspection”/“turnover” with us. Was also a little surprised that the odometer showed 4 miles was driven since I assumed everything was done at the shop. Otherwise, great experience and I’m really appreciative. Thank u!!!

The staff at Eagle Collision were awesome! Very friendly and were able to “buff out” our scratch without having to purchase parts and hassle with leaving our car! After picking up our truck on a Thurs and driving 1/4 mile away noticed the blind spot sensors were not working (the blind spot button was not turned on - once it was turned on it notated as not available, so we had to return the next day to ALSO have the bumper re-aligned as it didn't look right, as well as the bed cover needed to be cleaned due to markings of buffer overspray. We were advised that the blind side sensors needed to be re-set by Servco. Eagle scheduled it on Fri and said they'll drive it there, however, later was told some form of miscommunication between Servco & Eagle, it wasn't going to be done until the following Mon due to the mechanic from Servco who was supposed to do the recalibration/reset of the sensors was on vacation. Question is why this wasn't communicated - as this would have saved our insurance 4 x days of car rental. The most dissatisfaction was the time and inconvenience we experienced. We should had been given some type of credit for the trouble we had gone through. Eagle was recommended by my insurance and did speak with my agent about our unfortunate experience. I made a suggestion when handing the final billing to the customer, that the manager go over the charges line by line to understand what exactly was done.
