The staff (Tina) was friendly, extremely competent, and made me feel well cared for. I was kept up to date on the repairs and was adequately warned about possible issues that could arise. Eagle Collision is the kind of place that I would definitely recommend to others.

Very fast, friendly, professional, and great communication throughout our entire experience. Scheduling quote was easy. Ordering parts took awhile but was totally out of their control. And waited to get all parts needed prior to starting job so there were not any delays. Drop off was quick. Tina told us that it would be completed in 10 days. Repair process only took 3…..amazing. Pickup was easy and smooth. Tina explained all repairs. Overall we are very happy. Car looks as if there was no damage. Very grateful that they return the car back to new again. We were bummed that we got rear ended with our 6 month old car thinking it would never be the same and now it’s back to new again Thank you Tina and the entire team at eagle collision.
