East Bay AutoBody made getting my car repaired a painless process. I had my car for only a month when it was hit. They helped me get an appointment quickly and worked well with my insurance to get approval to repair everything. I would highly recommend them.

The whole team was amazing, from the time I brought my car in for assessment the team assured me that my initial thoughts of the damage was greater. Showed and explains thing so was unaware of and even gave me advice in dealing with the insurance companies of the indv. That hit me and was trying to get away with it. They were an advocate for me and handled the whole process on my behalf. Lori was amazing at keeping me updated and answered any questions I had. The cleaning of the car after service is a detail that speaks to the level of service East bay takes in assuring their customers are given only the best.

Very nice work. They gave me back a beautiful job on the crash damage and fixed a few minor spots not related to the crash. On top of that, they gave me a small bottle of car paint for small dings in the future. Lori was very competent and has a very pleasant personality. I will definitely use this shop again. They also made the rental super easy. It was very nice to not have any hassle at all.
