I showed Luis the imperfection in the paint job, and my car was filthy on the driver's side floorboard. It also appears that soap was allowed to dry before rinsing on the paint and windows leaving it streaked. And I was going to be charged $67 extra dollars to use my debit card, which is illegal. You can charge 4% on a credit card but not on a debit card. I was only told that I needed to bring $250 to pay my deductible, but right before I arrived I received a phone call saying I would have to pay the entire amount. So I had to go to the bank and withdrawal $1,700 to cover the insurance company's portion of the bill. My original plan was to bring my other vehicle to get it repaired also, but not now. With my regular body shop here in Asheboro my car is pristine when I pick it up after having body work done. The only good part of this experience was Luis! He is an asset to your company!

I have never left my car at a body shop and had it returned to me in the condition it was returned. The only reason I went with this company was because they could fit my car in quickly. I should have waited 4 weeks and went to my own trusted Auto Body shop in Asheboro.

My car was left filthy. Instead of putting a mat in the floorboard they tracked dirt and dust all in the floorboard. It looked like they worked on sanding the car with the windows down because there was paint dust all on the inside of the car and I had just had the car detailed inside so I know it wasn't there. They let soap dry on the paint and the windshield while they were washing it that I had to clean off. Just unacceptable the way it was given back to me. And there was a drip mark on the paint job in the seam that I showed to Luis.

I was told that all I had to pay was my $250 deductible, but 5 minutes before I got there I received a call saying I would have to pay the whole amount since the insurance company was sending me the check. So I had to go to my credit union and take out 1700 so I could pay the insurance company's part.
