I’ve been a long time repeat customer. I’ve had other issues with other vehicles over the years. (A power window that didn’t work after you finished working on one car; a whole slew of electrical problems on my minivan after you returned it.) But I felt like there were rational explanations for those issues, and you made good on them. This situation, however, just comes down to bad customer service and sloppy, careless management. I definitely won’t be back or refer people to you.

I am totally satisfied with the repairs. The car looks & drives great. I just couldn't be more satisfied. Thank you very much! I also liked the interaction between us. I felt connected to what was being done & I especially appreciate you trying to find the best parts & for replacing the battery with a brand new one.
