We never spoke to the body shop staff upon return of our car. We only spoke to the office staff and when asked what repairs were done to the vehicle, we were told that the papers we were given would give us that information. It would have been nice to actually talk to someone who worked on our vehicle.

Overall, the actual repair was what I was recommended their shop for. Our insurance company had told us about them. I'm very happy with the actual work they did to my vehicle.

Most staff were knowledgeable about the process of repairing the vehicle and rental. They took care of most everything. Although, the staff wasn't overly friendly, they were very effective and organized in their jobs. Very happy with the work done and the condition of my vehicle once it was done. Wasn't super happy about waiting around the last day to hear when I could pick it up. If I were working that day it would've been extremely frustrating and inconvenient considering I live close to an hour away from their garage.

The crew at East End Body Shop did a fantastic job on our cars. I was a long term customer of another local body shop… but no more. These guys went out of their way to make sure our vehicles were in the shop for the minimum amount of time and the the work was perfect. If I could give a higher score the 10 I would.
