For rental accommodations, we work closely with Enterprise Rental to make the process easy and seamless. Throughout your repair, we will keep you informed of progress and estimated completion dates via text, phone, or email—whichever you prefer. I used Eastern Auto Body after an accident during a snow storm caused extensive damage to the passenger side of my 2025 Honda CR-V. From start to finish, they kept me updated throughout the entire process, which took just under 30 days. They thoroughly inspected everything before returning it to ensure it was safe and in top condition. The quality of their work is outstanding — my car looks brand new again. I highly recommend them for auto body repairs and general towing needs. 10/10 customer service!

It was very simple to drop off my rental when I picked up my car when it was ready. I appreciated that, it would have been really difficult otherwise to coordinate rides between enterprise and the shop. The repairs are seamless as far as I can tell! Great job.
