Shop did a great job! Somehow the truck feels better than how I dropped it off! Even though the repair was only the rear bumper

Crash Champions went above and beyond to help me with my front end damage. What started off as an extremely stressful event, ended up going very smoothly and was resolved much quicker than anticipated. Crash Champions was caring and compassionate knowing my pregnancy due date is right around the corner and was able to get my car back to me with plenty of time to spare so I didn't need to stress. The repairs look perfect! I really appreciate their work and the communication throughout the process and will certainly recommend them to anyone I know that needs body work done on their car. Thank you!

There was some initial resistance to my concerns of leaving the car there for 2 to 3 weeks from the front office woman Skyler. But the manager, Jim stepped up and address my complaint satisfactory.

Paint job and general appearance look great. My keyless entry on the drivers side door handle was broken. Had to have Audi repair, they found the main wiring harness for the module spliced. The left headlight is not new and appears to be refurbished. There’s currently an issue with it as it’s dim and there’s a sharp cutoff on the left. Unsure if I will be contacted Crash Collision for additional work via their warranty or if I will be reaching out to Audi and paying personally.

Two issues when returned. Drivers side keyless touch on the handle was broken. Audi determined it was a spliced wire in the harness within the door. The front left headlight assembly, which was replaced, is dim and there is a sharp cutoff line on the left at night. Hoping it’s a calibration issue but am uncertain as the replacement assembly was used.
