The damage was the same as the last time. I did not cause this. In my opinion the problem was not correctly repaired. Not happy about paying out another $500.00. Taking 2-3 weeks was ridiculous.

I don't understand why the same part was replaced a second time. I think it wasn't done correctly the first time. I did not have an accident so why did that same part have to be replaced? I am out another $500.00. Thank you. Also over 2weeks to repair? Ridiculous!!!!.

It took a long time to get this done almost 3 weeks. I probably could've driven the car while I waited for the pieces to come in to complete the repair instead of just leaving it at the Crash Champions repair shop.

great communication, answered all questions throughout the entire process. vehicle came back cleaner than when i dropped it off. very friendly and knowledgeable staff. love the adjuster and the front counter gals, & very personable crew all around. thank you so much for your work, and for a good LOL from the sign out front. always look forward to driving by it.
