For rental accommodations, we work closely with Enterprise Rental to make the process easy and seamless. The person that went out with me didn’t walk around the car with me and when my mom and I got to the car rental place to drop off the rental, we noticed new damage to the trunk door that was NOT there when I had dropped the car off.

My vehicle looks super great . I'm extremely satisfied. My headlight projection at night does seem a bit different though , I don't know if I should be concerned. However, I will like to mention that I was a bit puzzled....1st day in the shop the estimate pretty much doubled and no additional costs as time went on was added.

I am sure their repair services are great. Unfortunately my car was deemed a loss so no repairs were done. I am, however, pleased with how professional and informative they were with telling me what steps they had to take to ensure they did everything they could
