For rental accommodations, we work closely with Enterprise Rental to make the process easy and seamless. Throughout your repair, we will keep you informed of progress and estimated completion dates via text, phone, or email—whichever you prefer. I wanted my car repaired but it never got there. It got totaled! Although I drive it there and it was completely operable, it got totaled!! You were very pleasant to me and made sure my rental was covered. But I didn’t get my car back. You were also helpful for me to retrieve my belongings and license plate. Thanks
