For rental accommodations, we work closely with Enterprise Rental to make the process easy and seamless. Throughout your repair, we will keep you informed of progress and estimated completion dates via text, phone, or email—whichever you prefer. I am very satisfied with my experience with Eastern Auto Body. Lisa and Chad have been a great help and I even received some gifts for having my car fixed. What made this experience more meaningful was years back my dad had his car totaled when it was brought to Eastern Auto Body. I felt some bitterness after that moment because there was no possibility the car could have been repaired. But I think having my car fixed here changed my perspective of how the business operates now and I feel it has come a long way with its new staff. I no longer have any harsh feelings and I wish the best of luck to Eastern Auto Body and their future customers.

Everything from start to finish was so easy. It was easy to work with Eastern Auto Body. Everyone was so helpful. The work they did was fantastic. I was glad I was able to receive updates everyday via text about the progress. My car was fixed in a timely manner. I will definitely recommend Eastern Auto Body in the future.
